Shipping & Returns
It may take up to 7 business days to dispatch orders. We aim to ship within 24 hours on regular business days or within 1–3 business days after campaign periods. Please note that the delivery times we state are only estimates and are calculated from the dispatch date. Delivery times do not take into account delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. If the product is not delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
Return costs
If the return is due to the customer (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose.
If the return is our fault – for example, the item is damaged or incorrect when you receive it – you do not pay any shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal (14-day return policy)
When purchasing products, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after you or a representative designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the goods.
During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product – including all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging – in accordance with our clear instructions.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods. This must be done in writing/by email to support@nordbjork.com. After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days. You must be able to prove that the product was returned on time (e.g. by providing a shipping receipt with tracking number).

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. As soon as we have received your payment, the order is immediately forwarded to our fulfilment centre for processing.
You received the wrong product
We’re only human! Even though we double-check everything, we can sometimes send the wrong item. No problem – just send a photo of the incorrect product to support@nordbjork.com and our customer service team will check it and help you right away.
You received a damaged or defective product
Although quality is our highest priority, a damaged item can occasionally slip through. In this case, you do not need to return the product – you may keep it or dispose of it. Simply send an email to support@nordbjork.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. If the damage is visible in the photo, we will send you a new product as quickly as possible, completely free of charge.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products
- Items that have been altered
- Items that are no longer in their original, resalable condition (unless the defect is our fault)
- Items not returned in their original packaging
If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
