Deliveries

Processing time  
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery time  
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days. Times may vary depending on the delivery address and external circumstances. We ship our orders with DHL.

Shipping costs  
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For returns, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed in connection with an approved claim.

Customs and import fees  
Please note that customs duties or other import-related fees may apply depending on your delivery address and local regulations. These costs are paid by you as the customer and are not included in the price or shipping fee shown at checkout.

High-value returns  
For returns of products valued over €70 we recommend:  
- Tracked shipping  
- Shipping insurance  

We are not responsible for returns that cannot be tracked or that do not reach us.

Return address
