Payment methods  
We offer the following secure payment options:

Card payment  
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.  
All card payments are processed encrypted through a secure payment solution. We work with trusted payment providers that comply with current security standards (PCI DSS).  
We never store your card information.

Klarna  
When shopping with Klarna you can choose between:  
- Pay now (by card or bank transfer)  
- Pay later  
- Split payment (pay monthly)  

Klarna’s own terms apply. A credit check may be performed for split payment or invoice options.

Currency, prices and fees  
All prices in the store are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.  

Please note:  
- Customs duties and other import-related fees may be added depending on the rules of the receiving country.  
- These costs are beyond our control and are paid by you as the customer upon delivery.  
- The final price including shipping is displayed at checkout before purchase, but any customs duties or import fees are not included in this amount.

Payment terms  
- For card payments and Klarna “Pay now”, the amount is charged at the time of purchase.  
- For Klarna split payment or invoice, payment follows the plan you approve at checkout.  
- In case of late payment via Klarna, reminder fees and default interest may be added according to Klarna’s terms.

Security  
All payment information is handled via encrypted and secure connections. We only work with payment providers that meet current security requirements.  
We never store sensitive payment information such as card numbers or bank details in our own systems.

Refunds  
For approved returns or claims, the amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.  
The refund is normally processed within 5–10 business days after the return or claim has been approved.  
Please note that any import duties or customs fees are not refunded by us.
